 A sparkly cover-up for a nip slip.

In most traditional fantasy, dwarves are short, stout, hairy critters that live in tunnels, be they mountainous or below sea evel. Not so in the fanservice-friendly Queen's Blade, in which the adorable Ymir-- a Dwarven princess who is determined to prove the superiority of Dwarf-made weapons --kicks but.

The be-pigtailed young lass comes with, as you might suspect, a really big axe, along with her impish expression and cute outfit reminiscent more of a gothic lolita maid than a warrior (OR a princess). I'm not especially into the series, but she's pretty cute...and you don't have to put censor bars on her when your mom comes over to visit. Although her top DOES come off. I'm more impressed by her pigtails, though-- they look quite nice.

Pretty cute, no? The Ymir PVC comes from Hiroman in late November for ¥7600 (about $83 USD)-- dunno if I'd spend that much for a show and character I wasn't all that familiar with, but she's nice.

@Agent_Lost: Yet, the lack of sailor drowning breasts makes me feel like it isn't very Queen's Blade.

Not a Queen's Blade fan but will probably order it anyway because it will go well in my statue case

Oh great, that's what I need to compare that to. Stupid Pluto references are everywhere in the last four days I've been reading it.

@John_Martone: Mwahahaha. Pluto will get you.

Reminds me of Lineage female dwarves really.

I'm a proponent of girls wielding weapons several sizes large than themselves.  For some reason, it is just boring when guys do it.

That said, I don't really buy figures very often.  I only have about 5-6 total, so I'll probably pass on this one.
