Now, is it ACTUALLY the girliest mech ever? I dunno-- there IS that one from Godannar...
I had to dig deep -- I remember a pink mech with a female-oriented AI named 'Dolores' from the 2001 series Zone of the Enders.

...but she's still a lot of hard angles (and don't ask where the pilot sits; you don't want to know). Despite being a 'girl' mech she's not quite as girly.
