Short Plot Summary

Even though King wants Gale to finish him off, Gale refuses. King activates Overdrive and sends it to Demon Card headquarters to atone for his sins. King and Gale share some last words and a last handshake before King dies. As the tower collapses, Elie clears a path for the group, but a boulder almost hits her. Let saves her, and he leads them down the tower. By cruel twist of fate, Gale falls down after trying to avoid stepping on a dragon sigil.

Haru and Gale finishes King with a simultaneous attack. King falls down while Elie stares in awe. As the winds blow, Haru ask his father to go home. Suddenly, King has risen again, but Gale stops Haru and Elie from attacking. Surprisingly, King cannot punch Gale hard enough because he has no more strength but fighting spirit. Even though Gale thought of revenge, he still thinks King is his best friend which he cannot kill him. Gale will let King keep attacking until his strength and spirit is completely left.

King has finally spoken and his eyes return to human eyes. He reveals a Warp Road (a Dark Bring). Also, King tells them that they have to defeat Oracion Seis, so he brags that he is the winner. King explains that the curse of Raregroove and Symphonia and that it was born after the war and the birth of Rave. He tells Gale to finish him off. Gale throws his sword away, and King responds by activating End of Earth inside of Gale's head. Overdrive occurs when everyone around the world noticing it. Gale and the others realize that Overdrive did not occur at the tower of Din. King explains that he use the Warp Road to transfer the Overdrive to Demon Card and Oracion Seis. As King looks at the sky, he remembers his family. Suddenly, he decides to end his life by forcing his body to break the Dark Bring on his chest. Gale tries to save King's life; however, it is too late.

Shiba notices that this Overdrive was weaker than the one 50 years ago while Shuda realize King use it on Demon Card Headquarters. Solasido and Griffon figure out that Demon Card is destroyed which calls for celebration.

At the Tower of Jin, the tower starts to break down. Gale begs King to live. King starts to cry first. King tells Gale that it is not Gale's fault, not the empire's fault, but King says it is really his fault. Furthermore, he congrats Gale for ending the curse. Gale starts to cry while Elie and Haru shed some tears. King and Gale share one last handshake. King's last words: "Goodbye, my friend. I will go home to the eternal sky." When the tower starts to break violently, Gale tells his group to go now. Gale bids King farewell before leaving.

During the evacuation of the tower, Elie clears away the rubble with her tonfas. Gale compliments on Haru getting a beautiful girl with large breasts. Haru denies that Elie is not his girlfriend but admits her breasts are huge. Gale asks Haru how far did they go. Haru and Gale get into an argument when Haru calls his father a bastard. The two grab each other's faces as Elie laughs at them. When Gale notices Elie looks like someone familiar, a rock falls on Elie. Let saves Elie's live by smashing the rock. Haru and the gang follow Let as Gale thinks that Haru befriending his enemy is unreal. As Gale hops over the dragon sigil to avoid disrespecting it, he falls in when floor collapses under him.
