" He was in like...chapter 20 something in the manga I think? I think they did drop him a bit earlier in the anime, but he hardly has any role yet. He is just there to make pithy comments from the second floor. Kinda like these guys:Makes sense. I dig when the anime can take advantage of having road maps like that.
