Overview
During the cataclysm known as "the Great Quake," they were all accidentally released and have been wandering around Tokyo ever since. The Ex-cons are able to camoflauged themselves in human form, but when they sensed power emanating from the Witchblade or Cloneblade, they revealed their true forms and attack.
