Class President and Possible Love Interest of Naota
Ninamori is the class president at Naota's school and the daughter of Mabase's mayor. When her father is caught in a scandal involving an affair with his secretary, Ninamori winds up spending the night at Naota's house and awakens NO powers of her own after Naota collides into Ninamori's head after being ran down again by Haruko's Vespa. Its hinted that she might have greater feelings for Naota than first seen. This is demonstrated through her rigging of votes for roles in the school play to make Naota the lead, and her obvious dislike of Mamimi's intimate relations with the boy.
