Emonzaemon is a character from the Katanagatari franchise. He is sent by Princess Hitei to spy on Togame and report her actions.
Emon is sent by Princess Hitei to spy on Togame and report her actions. In episode #8 Emon reveals that he is the sole remaining descendant of the Aioi Corps, a group of ninja that were wiped out over 100 years before the start of the series.
Near the end of the series, Emon fatally wounds Togame and eventually faces off against Shichika on Hitei's behalf. The two are evenly matched but in the end Shichika emerges victorious.
