Mamou Kyousuke is a man with two fantastic things: a time machine, and a strong grudge against Lupin III! He kidnaps Fujiko and sends Lupin and his gang, along with Zenigata, back in time 500 years to Kiritappu. To make matters worse, Mamou says he'll kill Fujiko's ancestor and remove her from the course of time! Stuck in the past between two warring groups, can Lupin figure out the truth behind the great treasure said to be in the area?
As the 40th Anniversary of the Lupin III manga, this special brought back the character of Mamou Kyousuke from the first season of the Lupin III TV anime.
