Elliot March is the right hand man of Blood Dupre. He has long ears and he likes carrot dishes but not raw carrots.

Personality

When Elliot first meets Alice, he wants to test his gun on her. However, his boss, Blood, stop him from shooting her. Within the first volume, Elliot treats Alice kindly due to the fact she is an outsider and Elliot notices that Blood is interested in Alice. Elliot is compassionate about his job and serving his boss, Blood. He treats Alice with dignity and will stop the bloody twins from unwanted attention.
Elliot's philosophy on life is he does not want anyone "replace." Due to the concept of clocks, (see heart clock) when Elliot's friend was killed, Elliot smashes his clock so his friend's clock cannot be replace or fix. This act earns Elliot punishment from Julius Monrey who imprisons Elliot in jail. The rules of the Country of Hearts are when a person is dead, his/or her clock is fix and that person is replace with another person. Alice sympathizes with Elliot because she believes life should be treasured.

 Relationship with Alice

Even though Elliot was violent with Alice in their first encounter, Elliot respects Alice better than Peter White. To the extent, Elliot will protect Alice from Peter's unwanted stalking. The two long ear characters even argue about who is the rabbit.
