A 30 min OVA based on the manga created by Atsuji Yamamoto
Mascat Tyler (Masakado Taira, see Doomed Megalopolis), the 108th Galactic Emperor, holds a competition to determine who will accompany him on a secret mission. After some comedic mishaps, soldier KK and the beautiful elfin Lu win the contest and set off on their quest. Based on one part of a long-running manga by Masahide Yamamoto in Comi Comi magazine.
