Sanae finds them and becomes angry at Eiko for simulating a married life with Squid Girl. Risa then invites Sanae to also play house with them, saying that Sanae can play the Father's (in this case Squid Girl's) illicit lover. Sanae tries to use this opportunity to drag Squid Girl back to her place. Then Kiyomi passes by. Sanae is angry with how friendly Squid Girl greets Kiyomi. Risa has Kiyomi play the Father's second lover. The drama develops.
After the game of house ends, Eiko is baffled by how much Risa knows about family dramas, and Squid Girl wonders what kind of a troubled family Risa has. It turns out that Risa is a just an ordinary young girl who watches too much love-hate dramas on television.
Chizuru and Eiko give a day planner and a large bag to Squid Girl because they end up not using it. Squid Girl has trouble finding things to put in her bag and things to write in her planner. She runs into Kiyomi. Kiyomi explains that she puts things in her bag that she needs while going out during the day. Kiyomi suggests that she write down what she has to do at the Lemon in her planner. Squid Girl does so.
Unfortunately Squid Girl takes the planning too literally and plans out all her work to the minute. This ends up interfering with her work at the Lemon, as she sticks to everything that she wrote down in her planner, including taking a break to drink water even if she is in the middle of taking an order. Also, whenever she has to do other things that she did not plan for, Squid Girl breaks down and does not know what to do.
On the way home Squid Girl wonders why her plan did not work out like she wanted it to. She runs into Kiyomi, who explains that plans are just plans and it's okay to be flexible and deviate from them. Squid Girl takes this too literally and starts writing in her day planner things like "Invade Eastern Europe, Invade Japan or Complete Invasion of the World." But Squid Girl seems back to her old energetic self.
Squid Girl is excited to go to an amusement park with the Aizawa's. Eiko has fond memories of visiting it as a child. Unfortunately the amusement park was hit by the recession, there are almost no visitors besides them and the only ride they have is a teacup ride. Seeing how sad the ticket seller is (he being the only employee left) and upon learning that this is the last day that the amusement park will be open, Eiko vows to stay the whole day until the bitter end.
The end really is bitter for Eiko, as she soon gets sick from riding the teacups. She stops riding the teacups after a short while. Then at the end of the long day (11:30p.m.) Eiko is exhausted, even though she has done almost nothing. Also Takeru seems traumatized and vows never to ride any teacup again. Squid Girl seemed to have lots of fun though. The old ticket seller thanks them with a small fireworks show. Eiko then reflects that it wasn't a bad way for the park to go out after all.
The next day Eiko and Chizuru see an article in the newspaper saying that the amusement park was remodelled. Eiko is initially happy, but once she finds out that it was remodelled into a successful adult's bar, she is much less pleased with the old ticket seller.
