Here is example number 1,895,265 why Japan is so much cooler than the United States: it was reported by ANN today that  Monster Battle Road Victory card battle game, which has been made into a Wii game coming out this Thursday, has its own trailer which has been converted to stereoscopic 3D for theatrical screenings. Animated by Kamikaze Douga, this trailer will screen in 43 different theaters and will air before Toy Story 3 between July 17 - 30. Um ... why am I not watching amazing game trailers airing before movies where I live?
 
Of course, if you can't make it to a Japanese theater so you can check out this opening in person, you could always just watch it on the official website. And pretend like you're in Japan. Except without all the Japanese people.

I freaking love Dragon Quest VIII. I feel content to play the older games before I get the ninth game. 
 
Dragon Quest VIII was probably the most hardest RPG game I've played. The difficulty pretty much encourages you to par take in the side quest, and use the alchemy pot to ease the difficulty factor. I hope Dragon Quest XI is just as challenging as the last.
