Who do YOU believe are the TOP TEN Martial Artists?

This is from the beginning of Dragon Ball to the end of Dragon Ball Z. NOT INCLUDING THE SHIT THAT IS GT.

I'm sick of all the powerscalling shit. Do you think this person can blow up this? Do you think this person is faster than this? Who gives. A shit. .I was never interested in that. That's why I like Dragon Ball more. It was about adventure and being a better martial artists.

Rule

Not including a character that has gained their martial arts from another source. Has to be from experience they got to the point they are at. So no cheating their way there.

Probably Pikkon. The guy spend god knows how many years in Other World training and perfecting his skills, learning from others from all over the universe.
