What level of durability of characters from the dbz Universe?

the villains are beyond planet level. freeza surviving with half his body cut off and blown to bits by gokus final move shows he can tank much more. buu who can regenerate from nearly anything..but got owned by gokus bomb...hmm soalr system level? maybe thats a bit 2 much. as for goku and the rest of teh heros they should easily tank a multiple country attack to maybe a quarter of the world

Not planet level. Think about it....has anyone ever survived a blast that was/couldve been a planet buster?
But how many times have we seen them injured or killed by large mountain/city level blast?
