Tenshinhan an Alien?

So after coming across this page in a daizenshuu: 
   


 I'd heard things years ago about Ten possibly being an alien, but I always laughed it off as a far fetched attempt at  explaining away his 3rd eye, but I thought it normal in DB, after all there were winged monsters walking around, and giant bears entering martial arts tournaments. But it seems as though Ten might really be descended from Aliens, I wish they would have mentioned it in the series, seems a pretty big detail.

Its not really up for debate lol, Toriyama said he's an alien human hybrid. 
 
 I always thought he was a human who gained the third eye through training and meditation.

No I don't believe it
  1. They never foreshadow it
  2. They trying to make everybody who is strong into aliens
  3. I will always believe Tenshinhan is human, nobody will change my mind

with at least 2 confirmed alien race staying on earth
they are then plugged as alien, after previously being "something" and "god and demons"
