It was shown in the raditz saga that goku kamehameha mutiplied his PL by 2. Now, if that's the case, shouldn't the kamehameha goku fired at Freiza (50% max) when he was using Kai-o-ken x20 be 120,000,000 not 60,000,000 ?

I mean look at Goku vs Vegeta beam struggle.
Vegeta PL is stated as being 18,000 in the Manga. Galick Gun = PL 36,000 supposing Galick Gun doubles or PL 54,000 if triples. (Piccolo's Makankosappo pretty much triples PL)
Goku + Kaioken x3 = 24,000 + Kamehameha = 48,000
Goku + Kaioken x4 = 32,000 + Kamehameha = 64,000
