ok, right now im in the process of watching DBZ Kai on Nicktoons as they appear weekly. Now, im aware that its Nicktoons, but I have no idea where else to watch the dub on a weekly bases where I dont have to wait for DVD releases. Needless to say, its a great trip back in time to see this show on TV again, but I did have a few questions about this revised version:  
 
1. Its been a while since I saw the early season stuff, and im wondering how much of Kai is recycled voicework and how much of it is new stuff/new vocieactors? What I mean by new stuff is how much of it was the original cast (Chris Sabat etc.)  going back and redoing theyre stuff to make it sound more modern, and how much of it was completely different then the original as far as voice actors go? or if they seriously just took recordings from the original series and jsut put it over the characters to save time and money?  I know Chris did not original voice Vegeta, but from the start of this series he does all the stuff the first guy did. Gokus VO sounds like the guy that did it for alot of the later stuff, as I believe they went through like 3 VOs for Goku over the originals time. And I know for a fact they got new VOs for Freiza and Nappa, which im against for Freiza and kinda eh for Nappa. I know my question isnt fleshed out well, but what im really trying to get at  is is the entire series's VO redone? Because its sounds cleaner and more modern and everyoen sounds different to me.  
 
2. Is this only going to cover up to the end of the freiza saga? as thats when creator originaly wanted the series to end but continued it much longer because of popularity. Because if they were seriously going to redo all the VO for the ENTIRE DBZ series, that would be insane and I really dont think the VO artists that were in the original would go for it considering how many episodes there are.  
 
3. Does Nicktoons cut it up alot? im asking this because it seems like whever anyway makes a hit on anyone, they cut away from it and dont show the impact, only the reaction shot of it. I cant understand maybe not having alot of blood, but I will not except toning down the actual violence of it.  
 
4. Anyone notice this show looking really clean? like, cleaner then a old anime show should look these days? Idd they HD Remaster everything or something? because this actually might look better then the DVD box sets.

i will be rather surprised if the English Dub goes to the end of Buu saga like the original did. Not only would Nicktoons have striked a hell of a deal to get all that programming on tehir channel over everyone else, but also I cant imagine Chris Sabat and the VO for Goku really going through that whole thing AGAIN! I know theyll probally be paid well, but I honestly think they would have gotten sick of it. And honestly, after Frieza Saga, I dont see why we would need to redo the sagas after it because those are perfectly fine these days because theyre actually a mark quality over the original stuff. It seems unecessary to me. I mean, I love me some DBZ, but redoing the 291 episodes over again with new VO seems crazy to me adn I dont understand why its necessary for the Android Saga and up.

I haven't seen the Nick version but is this the OP still? 
  The only good thing about the jpn DBK opening is the final 3 or 4 seconds where the guys belts out, "Dragon Sooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuul"
