List of DBZ Characters and their power set

I'll list some DBZ characters, and what I want from you is to tell me IYO approximately how fast, strong and powerful they are.
 
For speed say it like this: Master Roshi mach 10, or Master Roshi mach 100 -1000 
I am talking here about fighting speed, not travel speed. 

For lifting strength tell us how many tons each character can lift, for example master roshi 2 T, or master Roshi 10-20 T. 

For destructive power use expressions like City busting, country busting, continent busting, moon busting, planet busting (mars size, earth size Uranus size or Jupiter size) Sun busting  solar system busting, galaxy busting ect. 
for example master Roshi-moon busting

Just as I thought, no one has posted here.
Apparently no has opinion about how powerful dbz characters are, yet everyone debates in battle threads about them.

These numbers don't prove a thing to me.
The only way I'll acknowledge DBZ powers, is if they show me it

Those number are not here to prove anything, they are simply showing my opinion.
Could you give us your opinion for those characters, or you don't have one?

Maybe you didn't understand me, I made a list of dbz characters and  I said what I think their speed strength and power is.
Could you do the same? 
...just don't skip any character.

How did you get those numbers without power scaling?
In case you get them by power scaling can you show me your scale, without excluding important characters

I'm just speculating of course. Post-Freeza Saga characters are unquantifiable, there's no way whatsoever to find out how powerful they are precisely. What we can do is speculate or just rank them based only on feats and confirmed stuff.

What are you basing your speculation on?
If you base you speculation on power scaling, then I would like to see entire scale.
