Does that mean a normal human with a battle power of 2 ( Kid gohan = 1 , Man with a gun = 5 ) Can destroy 100th of the moon?
Power levels don't scale well...
I'm sure most people count that feat as PIS. I do anyway.
Either way normal humans can't use any ki blasts or anything and I doubt Roshi could destroy the moon with just his fists. As well as this, was Roshi's PL actually 200 when he used that attack? Because it makes sense that he was able to raise it higher than that briefly just like Goku and Piccolo could too. (Haven't really read DB.)
I'm pretty sure you know the answer to your own question. Obviously not. DBZ levels are not on a linear scale like that. For instance, it was recently revealed that Broly had a level of 1,400,000,000. That is over ten million times greater than Roshi's typical level of 139 and around seven million times 200. But he is capable of annihilating a profoundly greater amount than ten million times the moon as he obliterated a galaxy. Although his level is millions of times higher, even the smallest galaxies are at least a few sextillion times larger than the moon. Even though Roshi's level ranges from 100x or less than a typical human level, he can obliterate the moon whereas most humans cannot even destroy an oak door.
Broly having a PL of 1 400 000 000 is sooooooooooooooo Bullsh*t. he should have a PL of 140 000 000 000.
Cooler had a PL of 470 000 000 and Goku could beat Cooler as an Early SSJ, with probably a power level of 600millionish (Since Coolers Punch did nothing)
Put even after training for 3 years, then ROSAT training he still gets wrecked by Broly and doesn't do any damage, which tells us that Post-ROSAT Goku is way below 1,400 000 000.
That doesn't make sense though, Cooler Movie early SSJ is 600 000 000, but Post- ROSAT MSSJ is not even close to 1,400 000 000.
V-Jump disappoints. There is already a thread saying that it's BS.
