How many tons can DBZ characters lift?

So the questions is simple 
Under Earths gravity, how many tons can DBZ characters lift?
 
Bora? 

Cyborg Tao Pai Pai?

King Piccolo ?

Vegeta (saiyan saga) ?

Frieza (base form) ?

Frieza (final form) ?

SP Cell ?

SSJ 3 Goku ?

This is quite an interesting topic. While I can make some detailed answers, I won't make them at the moment. I'll post my answers soon here. But I would like to mention something to give an idea on DBZ's characters lifting strength. Logically SSJ4 Goku is exceedingly more powerful than SSJ3 Goku, and SSJ4 Goku showed visible strain and difficulty when lifting part of a city in order to put it together, the ki aura that then appeared around him was most likely a sign that he was powering up (a little). So I would assume that SSJ4 Goku's lifting strength is at a point close to Marvel Hercules' lifting strength if not equal to. Hercules managed to drag the island of Manhattan, as well as lift and toss Godzilla (who weighed 60,000 tons). Well that's it for now.

GT is not canon, so we'll have to ignore it.

@SSJjanemba: I'm no Hitsusatsu11, but i think Goku can lift much more than 100,000 tons. In SSJ3 anyway.

@Kurohige: I think SSJ3 Goku hits the 1 million ton range.

Anyway we know that teen goku was a 50-100 ton character because he lifted giant piccolo

I should have made this clear when I showed you this, my bad. 
Ssj4 did exert himself to lift the city, however after that, in the final arc, Goku's ssj4 becomes much more powerful after he is revived by Pan, Goten, Gohan, Bra, and iirc Uub.  
Before his revival he was being beat badly by (Not Super) Yi Xing Long but after he was beating (Not Super) Yi Xing Long.

Technically I think this require thousands of tons (if not millions) of tons of force. 
 
But Tao never statically lifts that much. 
Thats why I think the force generated by Z senshi is different (and exponentially greater) then there static weightlifting abilities.

@hitsusatsu11: It is still a valid statement if I were to compare SSJ4 Goku's strength to SSJ3 Goku's physical strength. I would assume that judging from the city-lifting feat done by SSJ4 Goku, SSJ4 Goku is inarguably at the billions of tons range. I believe SSJ3 Goku is capable of lifting perhaps 1-2 million tons.

To perform such a feat, speed is far more important then lifting strength. If you could lift trillion tons, you wouldn't be able to trow a rock hundreds of miles away, unless you can move your hand at super speed.

@Mortein: How much would a pillar of that size weigh? He has to have the strength to crack it from its foundations, lift it up one handed, cock his hand back, then throw the pillar to another country. You must move your hand at super speed yes, but if the weight of the object is to great, no matter how fast you can move your limbs if your muscles cannot handle throwing something, the pillar is not going anywhere.  
 
Think of Olympic shot put. 
Certainly there are people who can move their limbs far faster then the gold medal shot put winner, but they lack the power to put the heavy ball anywhere near as far.  
 
The speed at which the arm moves is important, it is a major factor in striking force.  (I.e impact magnitude)
However tao's feats is not an impact feat, like say punching threw solid rock.  
He lifts it up, holds it, then generates enough force to toss it.

From feats shown, most likely only about a mountain. I wouldn't equalize punching strength and lifting strength, and DBZ characters can punch through mountains. That said, though, the level of stress Goku has trained under while training in over 100G of Earth's gravity has definitely made him pretty strong. From feats, I would say his punching strength is far superior than his lifting strength, and even though it is non-canon, Goku did lift a giant iceberg rock mountain thing (lol. I'll try to find the video.) whatever you want to call it, in the Super Android 13 movie. Going from this, I would say he is around mountain lifting strength. 
 
Even in GT, SSJ4Goku did not lift an entire city, only a part of it. It was about the size of a mountain.

Bora - He could probably lift somewhere between 2-6 tons.

Cyborg Tao Pai Pai - I'd rank him as a 10 tonner.

King Piccolo - 15-25 tons.

Vegeta (Saiyan Saga) - 35-50 tons. 

Frieza (Base Form) - 60-80 tons.

Frieza (Final Form) - 100-200 tons.

SP Cell - 150,000 tons.

SSJ3 Goku - 1,000,000 tons.
