Earth to Namek is an Unknown Distance. 
However we are given time scales on how long it took to get there. 
Using real world figures for the speed of a modern spaceship, i think we can calculate the crazy speed that Dragon Ball Spaceships travel at.

Bulma: It will take 4339 Years & 3 Months with Dr.Briefs current fastest motor, to reach Namek.
Bulma: Using Kami Spaceship we can reach Namek in 1 Month / (30/31) Days
Dr.Briefs: Using my Capsule Spaceship you can reach Namek in 6 Days (Capsule Spaceship is based of Saiyan Pod) 
 
Today's / Modern Space shuttles reach speeds of Mach 22. 
If someone knows the math to work this out, It would be much appreciated.

4339y & 3m = 1583826 days
4339y = 1583735 days


Kami Spaceship is 51,091 - 52,794 times quicker than Dr.Briefs fastest motor
Dr.Briefs Capsule Spaceship is 263,971 times quicker than Dr.Briefs fastest motor
Dr.Briefs Capsule Spaceship is 5 - 5.17 times quicker than Kami Spaceship 
 
Kami Spaceship 
Mach 22 x 51,091 = Mach 1,124,002  or   1.27 times Speed of Light
Mach 22 x 52,794 = Mach 1,161,468  or   1.31 times Speed of Light
 
Dr. Briefs Spaceship  
Mach 22 x 263,971 =  5,807,362  or  6.58 times Speed of Light
1.31 (FTL) x 5 = 6.55 times Speed of Light 
1.27 x 5.17 = 6.56

They used Kami's Spaceship. 
1.27 - 1.31  times the Speed of Light. (Basically 1.3x FTL :P )
