Yancha was talking about the feat of speed of goku when they were flying very fast in the sky and in the arena. here is a situation where we have a feat and a confirmation of feat.

He dodge a laser, but in fiction lasers don't act the same as our lasers in real life. Going by that, Batman would have light speed reactions (and he don't)

If you want to bring in light speed feats and things alike. How about anything with mass not travelling at the speed of light. Energy has mass, therefore not speed of light.
Although different in the fictional world. Just pointing out.
In that, Yamcha is just using an expression. It's like when someone says Usain Bolt is "lightning fast" He isn't literally that fast, just an expression.

Technically whitebeard could end the world if he wanted too, It's arguable he could cause an earthquake large enough to end all life on earth. There are a few characters in OP that can potentially be life erasers. Doesn't mean they can bust planets, it just means they can end the world. And Sengoku never said he could bust a planet he said he could end the world, very very very different.
