Its Official Birusu the God of Destruction is the most powerful being in Dragon Ball.

He is feared by Kaio and Kaioshin.

He has been stated to be stronger than, Frieza, Cell and Buu. He also defeats Goku.

His job as the God of Destruction is to destroy celestial bodies and life. (Stars, Planets etc) This in some way maintains the balance of the Universe.

Piccolo states that if he is not stopped then the Galaxy could cease to exist.

The movie is canon. It takes place between Manga Chapters 517 and 518. It also has DEEP involvement with the Author Akira Toriyama.

With it fitting in the ORIGINAL MANGA story line and featuring deep involvement with the creator, i dont think you can get more canon than that in a movie. LOL

Unless the creator comes out and says it not part of the original story. T_T

@Destinyheroknight: I have just known that Birusu or Bills, that cat, based on the Egyptian god, Anubis who was a cat headed man body. It makes more sense now. I am just saying. :)

"There are gods who create stars and life and there are gods who destroy stars and life" That line alone raised my eyebrow. Along with king kai yelling at Goku for trying to fight this guy saying "Who would want to fight a god?!" The fact that they seem to be introducing legitimate Gods to the DBZ universe and it being canon makes this almost too much to have to wait for. Also goku fighting above the earth? Dammit this movie needs to come out already!!!!

Just noticed this, but "Kami no Kami" isn't literally "God and God". That would be "Kami to Kami." The no makes it more like "God of Gods."

As some of you already know, Goku reaches SSJG (Super Saiyan God) when fighting Bills. I really hope Goku stays long enough in that form to see him fight Bills rather than transforming and pull a Gogeta and end the fight in 5 seconds. Can't wait for this movie!
