It's a game, read  DevisousRobert's third post, he explains why it's possible. Even if things don't make sense, realize that this game is more or less stand alone playing on the original source material. You got to take it with a grain of salt. 

I'll play it. Also you forget that the Dragon's abilities are not likened to Kami's. After all, Kami is stronger than King Piccolo, but Kami can't raise the dead. The Dragon's mystical powers exceed the abilities of its creator. It's why it can do things like grant immortality, create the most comfortable undies in the universe, bring back a planet full of dead people, etc etc. Awakening and/or giving the Saiyan gene to an individual would not exactly be difficult next to the other things the Dragon has accomplished.
 
Also, DBO is directly created by Toriyama himself and is the only canon continuatiion of his series. GT is completely cut off and ignored. Toriyama has been working on DBO since its conception. To claim you're a fan, but refuse to play possibly the most epic of DBZ games just because it's not a straight up fighter like the rest, would just be completely shameful. If/when DBO is ever released in the US, I'll get it the moment I'm able. It's not at all like WoW.

No, he said he can't kill people. And again I've given explanations that would allow SSJ. Besides this is all Toryama's direct work, so arguing about it is rather meaningless. The videos themselves prove SSJ still exist.

Yes, it can. Especially when creator of both says so. All the other DBZ games are non-canon. DBO is the only canon continuation of Toriyama's work. He says so himself. WoW went through 3 games and became something new and every part of it is canon, including the novelizations, comics and manga series produced by Blizzard are all canon to the game. DBO is canon to DB/Z Manga.

np. The fighters are fine...well a few of them were. Most of the DBZ games were suck remakes of the same thing. Budokai 1 started ok. BD2 was suck. BD3 was great. Then Tenkaichi 1 sucked, Ten2 sucked less, Ten3 was ok. Finally Burst Limit and Raging Blast come which made things better, but no real changes in story or anything aside from some what if's and SS3 Brolly. Nothing about them changed. It's just the same re-hashed stories over and over again. With DBO, we have an entirely new story which still connects to past events with Time Travel quests. This next trailer was translated to explain the story of DBO.

gameplay and story segregation, if we held true to the super saiyan, there would be exactly one or two super saiyan

The Games story is canon. Check everywhere. Every site about DBO says the same thing. The Story, art, everything is done by Toriyama. Making your own characters is the Gaming aspect. The Story you follow is what's Canon. The same is true for WoW. All the chars you make may not be part of the Story, but the quests and things within WoW are part of the Lore Canon. Anyone play WoW remember the Wanted quest in Silithus? The one for Deathclasp? That's in the Manga. 
 
The Mechanics of the game aren't what's used, it's the games Story that's canon. And needless to say, the people that appear in the Cinematics are part of the story.

Toei doesn't need to. Toriyama is the Designer and Supervisor. Go. Read ->
