Do you agree with this DBZ strength list?

These are based on the highest showings of power displayed by the end of DBZ.

Put Piccolo above Goten/Kid Trunks and I agree completely with the ranking of the characters listed. The only other thing is that I'm not completely sure if Cell would rank above Dabura, but I don't necessarily disagree. As a side note, this probably belongs in the general discussion forums.

Yeah Piccolo was stronger than a super sayain when he fused with Kami and I'm pretty sure Goten and Trunks were only just normal super sayains. Good list though seems fairly accurate.

HEY WHERE THE HECK IS BROLY!!??

Anyways I agree to this list 99% cuz Piccolo is stronger than Trunks and Goten. also if you take out non-cannon chraracters the list will look like this..

1. Vegito

2. Buuhan

3. Gotenksbuu

4. Gohan

5. Super Buu/Gotenks SSJ3

6. SSJ3 Goku

7. Kid Buu

8. Fat buu

9. Vegeta

10. Dabura/ Super Perfect Cell

11. Mirai Trunks (Also Who knows how strong has he has gotten.. on his ALT time he must be really strong so yeah who really knows if he deserves this position maybe he is actually on par with Fat buu or even stronger. like I said who knows what ever happened to him after he got back to his original time line.)

12. Piccolo

13. Chibi Trunks/Goten

14. Android 16

15. Android 17 & 18

The only non manga characters here are Gogeta and Janemba. No Broly, Hirudegarn, Android 13 etc. if Broly were here, he would rank right above Cell and Dabura.

If Broly were here, he'd rank above everyone because he's the only Legitimate Galaxy Buster.

In terms of destruction yes, but not overall power. And he still wouldn't rank above Janemba who is a reality warper.

@ReiKai: agreed!! Also did you know according to V-Jump, Broly's power level is 1,400,000,000 and others state that Vegito's is around 600,000,000...

Those numbers don't sound right. Even Frieza had a level of 120,000,000, and he doesn't compare to the above mentioned names.

Destruction is overall power. Janemba's warping was Limited and ultimately useless in battle. It didn't stop Goku, a Non-Warper, from pounding his face in or Gogeta from disintegrating him. Janemba's warping was Directly linked to his creation, ie; the Check-In station. Which is what links the land of the living and the dead. A barrier which is not hard to cross. Goku does it regularly with IT and Kami has shown he can go from the Lookout to the Check-In station. Of course Kid Buu also used IT to go from an unnamed planet to the Grand Kai's world.
 
And also, Janemba's sword wasn't anything special. It did not cut dimensions, despite it's name in the Games. It was really no different than what Freeza did with two fingers on Namek.
 
Now, we have Brolly who destroyed a Galaxy. We have everyone else on that list who hasn't even destroyed a Solar System in their careers. When you're pitting people against each other and the guy who wins has the greater power, then the guy with the biggest destructive feat kinda breaks the whole ABC logic, especially since he's a movie character that breaks off from the series.

@ReiKai: Super Buu + Gohan nearly destroyed the universe with his vice shout and ripped a whole from one dimension to another when he was in the hyperbolic time chamber. So in terms of actual power anyone above Super Buu (because even Gotenks SSJ3 used a simliar attack to escape) should technically be stronger than Broly.

You know that's unproven hyperbole bullshit, right? And really, Goku and such could already move through dimensions. What buu and Gotenks did is a lesser form of that and more limited. Nothing more.

I don't usually bother with these kinds of threads, but what the hell I guess. Here's my take on the list in the first post:

  • Vegeto, Gogeta (Vegito is supposedly stronger, but I doubt there's a huge gap, they're essentially the same character)
  • Janemba (why the hell was Gogeta is the same tier? Gogeta DESTROYED Janemba with little effort)
  • Gohan Buu
  • Gotenks Buu
  • Gohan
  • Kid Buu, Goku SS3 (Kid Buu is a little stronger, Goku has to finish him off with a Spirit Bomb)
  • Piccolo Buu
  • Super Buu, Gotenks SS3
  • Fat Buu
  • Vegeta
  • Super Perfect Cell
  • Dabura
  • Future Trunks (what Future Trunks was doing below Piccolo, Goten and Kid Trunks is beyond me)
  • Piccolo
  • Android 16
  • Android 17, Android 18 (they're twins, there's nothing to indicate one's stronger than the other apart from 17 saying he was the strongest, but I'm pretty sure that was just him being arrogant. The other Android 17 in GT was more powerful but doesn't count, GT is non-canon)
  • Kid Trunks, Goten

Yep, I'm pretty happy with that.

@Daniel_Newton: Didn't Kid Trunks and Goten have training that made them stronger (which is why they could go ss3 when fused)? Plus Kid Trunks has a bigger potential because he reached ss much easier and younger than future Trunks did. So I guessed by the end of the Buu saga Kid Trunks was stronger than Future Trunks at the end of the cell saga.

@ozeol: Kid Trunks is strong for his age, but on his own he's not even as strong as Piccolo, and Future Trunks is much stronger than Piccolo. In fact, now that I think about it... Kid Trunks and Goten aren't even as strong as the Androids. They should be at the bottom of the list.

Fat Buu (Equal to Super Buu in Power Level, although Super Buu has an evil mindset, better body for combat & can sense Ki) This i think this justifies him being on top.

Super Perfect Cell

Dabura

Piccolo

SSJ Future Trunks

Android 16

Android 17

Android 18 

SSJ Kid Trunks 

SSJ Goten

@MisterShin: Dude, what? There are three major things wrong with that list:

  • Future Trunks is way more powerful than Piccolo, probably as a regular Super Saiyan, but even if you argue against that Trunks is undeniably more powerful as an Ascended or Ultra Super Saiyan.
  • Goku was confident that he could easily defeat Piccolo Buu, so that Buu can't possibly be more powerful than Kid Buu.
  • Gotenks? More powerful than Goku and Kid Buu? He couldn't even beat Super Buu.

Also, Fat Buu is not equal to Super Buu in any way, Super Buu is a more powerful version of Buu, with Fat Buu absorbed on top of that. He has the power of two Buus.
