In mortein's post shows that the combat and travel speed of dragonball characters are FTL, also,
as shown above that picolo's blast reached the moon in mere seconds, in one episode of dragonball Z, vegeta evaded frieza's beam which was much much much faster (Probably even FTL+) that means they already have lightspeed++ reaction and lightspeed speed .
Now going by maths:
As vegeta stated in the saiyan saga that he could well destroy a planet easily with just 18,000 BP, he probably isn't lying since
Earth = 49.3x moon
Which means 18,000 / 139 = 129.496 which is well above 49.3
129.496 / 49.3 = 2.61 that means vegeta at 18,000 BP can destroy two and a half of earth he can also destroy 128.673 moons in one blast
So Goku SSJ1 at 150,000,000 BP can destroy 21889x Earth in one blast, while sun is 1,303,533.017x Earth he still can't destroy a sun at 150,000,000 BP.
Since broly has 1,400,000,000 BP at 1.4b BP he can destroy 204,299 earths (but goku SSJ3 maybe can 1 shot the sun since he has well beyond 6b BP and as stated here http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_Ball_Timeline "Age 801

SSJ4 Gogeta would be enough to destroy 5.597x SUN.
But if we go by the theory of gogeta being userxuser then he may be even able to one shot a universe.

Their durability is not bad either, people who are saying that thor's hammer will punch a whole through gogeta ssj4 is bull, if ssj1 goku cannot even affect perfect cell and gohan ssj2 is stronger that means gohan has a durability of atleast tanking a 28,000 earth busting attack.
