This movie was an improvement from Cooler's Revenge. Cooler returns in a virtually indestructible state. Well I'm not going to go through the story but it was a good movie although not that good. I enjoyed the epic battle scenes and the teaming up of Goku and Vegeta. Watching those two Super Saiyans fight side by side was entertaining despite Vegeta's arrogance and superiority complex. Once again the voice actors should be praised for their tremendous work however once again lip synching could have been much better. The story involves Cooler returning as Meta Cooler an improved version of himself somewhat similar to Mecha Frieza only much stronger and virtually indestructible.

I like the fact that Toei Animation didn't rush through this movie and the ending was done properly not to mention the teamwork involved by the two Saiyans was epic to watch and later on a similar method of teamwork is used against Kid Buu. There isn't much else I'd like to say about this movie but there could have been a better plot. I'd give this movie a 3/5.
