The second movie in the Dragon Ball series. The evil scientist, Dr. Wheelo has returned from being imprisoned in a icy tomb for 50 years and is now seeking the strongest body on Earth to inhabit.

The evil scientist, Dr. Wheelo, has revived his brain into a robot and is now seeking the strongest body on Earth to inhabit. Because of this, Goku and his friends will now have to face off against the evil doctor.
