Plot

Taking place between the time Goku defeated Buu and the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament Goku faces a new challenge in the form of Bills, the god of destruction (voiced by Kouichi Yamadera). Another character named Wiss will be voiced by Masakazu Morita, who had voiced Ichigo.

Huh, that's a new villain. Usually, the villains in DBZ are like Cell and Frieza, the whole tail, small armor, and sleek body physique.

@takashichea: Yeah, it certainly looks different from what we have come to expect from DBZ. I'm sure that he has another form somewhere though. I didn't also expect the villain to take influence from Egyptian myth at all.
