Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker is a 2012 anime film by FUNimation, based on the Dragon Age video game franchise. Dawn of the Seeker stars Cassandra Pentaghast, a female warrior of royalty working under the franchise's main religious authority, The Chantry.
Plot Summary
Set during an unknown time before the end of Dragon Age II, which itself takes place over a 10 year period. Pentaghast is set to investigate a conspiracy within The Chantry, prior to becoming a Seeker of Truth (as seen in DAII), a discreet Chantry faction who answer only to the head of the Chantry (much like the ANBU in Naruto), The Divine.
