The main protagonist of Mobile Fighter G Gundam. Domon is the fighter of Neo Japan and was trained by the twelfth Gundam Fighter Champion Master Asia to become the new King of Hearts.
The main protagonist of the series, Domom Kasshu fights for neo-Japan in the Shining gundam and later the God/Burning gundam depending on the version. He is under the illusion for most of the series that his elder brother, Kyoji, stole the Devil/Dark gundam and betrayed his parents. This is a lie created by his government but he doesn't find out about it until late in the series.
Domon is very psycologically dependant on his support crew, one Rain Mikamura, and the slightest threat to her safety either makes him go ballistic or feel lost. His growing but unadmitted feelings for her are the source of much angst throughout the series until the final episode where he admits he loves Rain and gives the series a delightfully happy ending.
Domon spent about ten years of his life training under his teacher, Master Aisa, and forged a strong friendship with the man. However Master Aisa sides with the Devil/Dark gundam. Domon inherits his title, 'the king of hearts', from Master Aisa.
