Devcon is an Autobot bounty-hunter.
Origin
The Autobot Devcon does not adhere to a role in the traditional Autobot military, and instead acts on his own, as a freelance bounty hunter rather then an Autobot soldier. He works for whoever pays, not Optimus Prime, as he would be quick to point out, though he has no love for Decepticons, and is happy to take them down free of charge.Transformers Animated
Devcon is one of Yoketron's most honored students, and a holographic statue of Devcon is seen in the Ninja Temple on Cybertron in the episode Five Servos of Doom, an episode which also featured his arguable villain counterpart
