Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko

Makoto Niwa moves to a more open area hoping to enjoy his teenage years, even keeping a running tally based on the events he's seen and done. While living with his strange aunt, he finds himself dealing with an equally strange group of women. But the strangest is the mystery behind his blue-haired cousin, a socially-stunted girl named Erio who has mostly shut herself off from the world, wrapped herself in a futon, and considers herself an alien sent to observe humanity. What is the truth behind her past, and how will it affect Makoto's remaining teenage years?
