Mr. 0's real name is revealed. This episode also starts a running gag where the crew think Igaram is a cross dresser.
 
The Eternal Pose, a type of Log Pose, is revealed this episode. It's explained, but without the visual aid from the manga. The Kingdom of Alabasta is often spelled "Arabasta", but in both the manga and anime The Eternal Pose spells it with a "L" rather then a "R".
 
Usopp and Sanji slept through all the major events at Whiskey Peak. Though the anime shows them knocked out at the bow of the ship. They are suddenly standing near the cabin section to get the drop on Miss All-Sunday. 
 
Sanji actually aims a gun an Miss All-Sunday, though he's never been shown to use a gun, and it's unknown where he even got it. It's possible he held a gun to a woman because from his angle her hand was blocking her face.
 
Miss All-Sunday's Devil Fruit power is kept a secret though hinted at when she attacks Igaram's decoy ship.
 
This is the first attempt Sanji tests to see if Nami is jealous over his attention to Princess Vivi, but she has no reaction.
