Daniel, what's the difference between official art and merchandise images for the body pillows?
I added these two to the merchandise gallery I just created. What do you feel about it? By the way, I'm going to upload the Oda Nobunaga images soon.
@takashichea: Uhh, that's a tough one. Sometimes magazines or art books have body pillow style artwork in them, but that artwork might not have been created for a real body pillow. I usually just play it safe and throw the image into an official art gallery because they're both a type of official art anyway.
Also, be careful you don't add body pillow fan art into official art galleries. They even make unofficial body pillows in Japan using fan art/unofficial artwork. It's all pretty confusing.
I guess the short answer is: if you know it's official artwork from a real, licensed body pillow, then you can put it in a merchandise gallery if you want. Otherwise, figure out if it's official art or fan art and put it in the appropriate gallery.
I transfer the images to the official art, and I'll check the sources where I pick them up.
Dakimakura is a portmanteau of "dakishime" (hugging) and "makura" (pillow). They are body pillows featuring (mainly) female anime characters and are meant to snuggle with.
