Crystal was recruited to be Professor Oak's 7th Pokédex Holder because she had an incredible talent for catching Pokémon, But Professor Oak soon found out that she was too good for his own good. As Oak was constantly being showered with too many Pokémon to study. In the Crystal chapter she was challenged by Suicune who challenged her twice to find out if she was worthy enough to catch him. At the end of the chapter she joins Gold, Silver and their predecessors to stop the Mask of Ice from going back in time. Later she is said to have finished the Pokédex, this could mean she also caught a lot of legendary Pokémon including Suicune.
