Set a few days before Halloween 2071, a virus has been released that kills hundreds. A huge bounty has been issued. The Bebop crew will not be able to resist.
Cowboy Bebop movie taking place in between episodes 22 and 23 of the series.
After a virus is exposed on Mars, the Mars government issues a 300 Million Wulong bounty for the person responsible ( Vincent Volaju). The Cowboy Bebop crew set their sites on collecting the huge reward.
Faye comes across Vincent when going after a small bounty of a hacker (who just so happens to be working with Vincent) in a stolen truck. The truck winds up exploding and a deadly virus is put into the air and kills the people in the area. Doctors and scientists work on trying to figure out what the virus is, but they have no luck. Spike goes searching through the city for someone who sells "beans". He runs into a man who gives him some information and a vase. In the vase (after someone jumping into it), Ed finds what looks like a small marble. The bebop crew run a diagnostic on the marble and find it to be full of nanomachines (thousands of tiny robots unseen to the human eye).
