Help Me, Obe Vice Kanobe-- What Should I Wear for Halloween?

Okay, you guys know I love to play dress-up. I don't necessarily do much by way of Halloween parties and the like, and since I'm just moving to California, I have no idea what my plans will be.
 
But I NEVER! EVER! don't have a costume ready. Especially since this year we might actually have trick-or-treaters, for all I know.
 
So, I can always go the easy route. I have a couple of nice kimono and my nice maid outfit. But I do like putting together new costumes. So-- what do you think, guys? Go with the easy older stuff or put something new together? If new, then...what?

Horo would probably be pretty easy, with a purple dress and fox ears and a tail.

I DO already have the tail, but if I was going to do Holo it would probably be the version where she's wearing a purple top and black pedal pushers, not a dress. (She actually never wears a "dress" to my knowledge; usually a top, vest, skirt, and pants and boots.)

I think that everyone is thinking of the Spice & Wolf season 2 opening were she is wearing a dress.

@Agent_Lost: That's...not a dress. :) It's a blouse, vest, and skirt over pants. ^_^
