So, we met a lot of really cool people at Comic-Con, but this has to be one of my faves. By sheer coincidence, the one line we waited in-- the line for the Disney Animaton / Hayao Miyazaki panel in Hall H --we were waiting right behind Mark Walton. You may know him as the voice of Rhino the hamster in Disney/Pixar's 2008 film Bolt, and he's worked as a story artist and writer for Disney since '99.
Yes, this man, who even earned an Annie award nomination for his role in Bolt, had to wait in line for Hall H with the rest of us. He was a pretty good sport about it, though, and even let us annoy him with silly questions. I actually had no idea who he was when I started the interview, as you'll see...
It was also like a million degrees out. You may even see the start of my sunburn, which permitted me to look like a goofy drunk for the rest of the conference, since it was primarily focused on my nose. Thanks for the interview, Mark-- see you at the movies!
