Tom Pinchuk walks us through the Funimation and Viz booths

One of the world's largest comics conventions (but not THE largest).
Enjoy some of the editors' pick videos from Anime Vice.

first of all you pronounced Lufi wrong, and the next anime you should watch should be Darker than black
A well it looks cool any way, i wish we would get a few more convention a bit closer to my town.
@The American TGWTG fans: Where's Tommy Wiseau's bloody rotting corpse!?! you guys promised to paint the walls red with his guts!! i demand justice!!
You should watch Monster... I want to know your take on that anime!
The thing you should have definitely done was gone and play Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep in the Square Enix booth!
You are not how I pictured you, Tom. But it's ok because you provide a greater form of information for us to enrage and enlighten others. Why not do a title that is not very popular for the Watch and Learn? Kind of change gears by doing Love Hina or Black Lagoon or Samurai 7.
I am NOT insulted.
I really don't care for Ultimo or Heroman. One, Ultimo is a silly premise and a VIZ publication. Two, the protagonist of Heroman honestly looks like a girl. When I first saw preview images of the series. I really thought it was going to be a girl as the hero.
Could of cared less about the VIZ booth. I was more interested in the FUNimation stuff. I was personally hoping to hear if FUNimation has any plans for the movie One Piece Strong World. I think that just came out in Japan on DVD. Fansub sites are already posting versions up, but I'd like to hear something from the official site. Since FUNimation has been running the anime. I've abandoned fansubs for that series and many others.

That's a little rude. Remember, they are in a packed convention hall. It's not as if they had the luxury of standing there and framing the shot.

That was you, Ethan?
Don't take it to hard man, your just learning right? at least some of us know that you needed to be closer in order to get a good audio in that place. :P (i hope that's the reason lol)
But you guys should have followed that Pikachu girl XD
You look different than some pic I always associated you with that reminded me of what Garnett Lee probably looked like 10-15 years ago.
@ethan: haha
Hehe, yah. Basically all our 'real' camera people were on the other side of the con with the Comicvine team. Tom and I were just messing around with a Flip camera, and holy crap all the Anime booths are super loud with music and announcements, so yah i had to get the camera and mic close.
BUT.... Tom Pinchuk loved to jam his face against the camera! Haha
You can expect the unexpected here at Animevice.
Always enjoy walks around a con/expo/whatever, there's always lots of crazy to see.
It's natural you would have the good hardware where it was most needed. This was Comic Con. Not an anime convention.
What I thought was pretty funny. When I was watching Spike TV while the con was going on. They had a commercial for the G4 coverage of SDCC. The only thing that they talked about showing in this promo was for movies and TV shows. NO mention of any comics.
It's freaking me out.

It was most of the shots taken during the con were really up close so the Camera could pick up the audio... and @FoxxFireArt: is right wide shots were never an option if you had a Flip cam... people were more self conscious of getting in front of a camera when the real Whiskey Media equipment was in use with microphones and everything!
