Ryo's latest client is a famous Pianist named Nina Shutenberg who requests that he help find her father but the only clue is his first initial. However the investigation draws him into the world of international espionage and pits him against a dangerous foreign agent.

Ryo and the gang have been invited to the grand opening of a island resort which is run by the newest in supercomputers but Ryo and Umibozu are running late. An exiled South American dictator attacks the resort taking everyone hostage in an attempt to gain control of the supercomputer and use it as a weapon, It falls to Ryo and Umibozu to rescue the hostages and stop the dictator before its too late.

Ryo is hired by an Emi Makaze to find her long lost brother. This case brings Ryo up against "The Professor" a disillusioned soldier who wants revenge on the government and will destroy Shinjuku to get it.

A beautiful American named Emily O'Hara hires Ryo to protect her from the mafia offering him one million dollars to keep her safe.

Anna an agent of the Secret Service and estranged daughter of visiting dignitary McGuire has been given the job of protecting him. Ryo is hired by McGuire to protect Anna while she protects her father.
