Chisame is relatively aloof for most of the series. This is out of a deep-seated fear that if the class finds out about her net idol status she will be labled a freak. Ironically this is what she refers to many of her classmates as. However she slowly comes out of her shell due to Negi's relentless cheerful attitude (not to mention the fact that he found her online and became a big fan). Despite her still strong desire to not have anything to do with her ten year old teacher she starts to have feelings of her own for Negi. Eventually forming a pactio contract with him. Which involves a full lip kiss.
