Chieko Higuchi is a voice actress and Internet radio personality from the show MaberajiW.

Higuchi is best known for voicing the exuberant Tomo Takino in Azumanga Daioh. She debuted in the 1996 anime adaptation of Mizuiro Jidai as Takako Takahata. Her other roles include Amenaideyo!!'s Yuuko and ToHeart's Shiho Nagaoka.

In addition to her voice acting, Higuchi hosted the Internet radio show Maberaji W with Kenta Kamakari and Renn Kiriyama until the show ended in March 2008. She is also one half of the seiyuu duo "Whoops!" along with Maaya Sakamoto, who also performed in Mizuiro Jidai; the two also performed together in Medarot.
