Aya and Aki Mikage are twins. sister and Brother on there sixteenth birthday they visit there Grandfather's house. not knowing that it is a Scheme to get the evil celestial being that resides in Aya's body (unbeknown to her) the Goddess Ceres. who they are told will kill the Mikage family. they tell Aki he is a medium for the spirit and that they are going to kill Aya. Aya escapes with the help of Yuhi, Aya's bodygaurd.
Aki is told never to see Aya and locked in his room.
as Aya and Yuhi escape they are met by a Mysterious Stranger Toya who seems to be drawn to Aya.
