Matabi Academy is a school that allows students to keep their pet cats in the dorms. Yumi Hayakawa, with her cat Kansuke, have just arrived. But no sooner do classes start they learn that along with the Student Council they must protect the school, and the world, from vengeful demons.
Overview
Cat Paradise is a franchise that includes the manga series Cat Paradise, written and illustrated by Yuji Iwahara. The series gets into the relationship between humans and their pets as they fight ancient animal demons. The series was serialized in the monthly shonen magazine Champion Red from June 2006 to December 2008. Yen Press handles the English license and has released all 5 volumes as of September 2010.

Cat Paradise (May 2007-December 2008)
After the Cat Paradise series had started in Champion Red's monthly Shonen magazine, Akira Shoten published the first tankobon volume in May 2007 and ended in December 2008 with a total of five volumes. For North America, Yen Press released the first dub version in August 4, 2009 and finished the series in September 28, 2010.
