- In the original manga version of the scene with Rowan, the girls with his were not wearing the transparent tops.
- The the manga version, Rowan mentions how Revy once did an S&M show. The anime version was changed to him trying to get her to be in the show.
- It's not revealed in this episode, but Revy and Eda are actually friends.
- This episode is the only story arc from the manga that was condensed into a single episode.
- The moment at the end of this episode became known as the "cigarette kiss". The term was adopted by the series creators and became the name for this portion of the story when the series was later re-released on Blu-ray.
