Burter

Burter is a towering blue-skinned reptilian humanoid and the largest member of the Ginyu Special Force. He believed himself to be the fastest in the universe, as he does have incredible speed, giving him the nickname Blue Hurricane. When Freeza contacted the Ginyu Force to recover the Dragon Balls from Vegeta, Burter demonstrated his speed by jetting after a Dragon Ball that Vegeta had thrown and caught it in mere milliseconds. He and Jeice sit out most of the fighting before Son Goku shows up and defeats Recoome. The two then tag team and combine techniques, including a Purple Comet Attack, but Goku was too powerful for the both of them. Burter's self-proclaimed "fastest in the universe" is then humbled when neither he nor his teammate Jeice are able to touch the Saiyan. The two then continued their attack until Goku defeated Burter with two quick strikes to the back. While Jeice fled, Vegeta killed Burter with a knee stomp to his neck, finishing off Recoome next. In the anime, Burter and the other deceased Ginyu Force members were invited to North Kaio's planet for training purposes. Burter and Jeice then took on Tenshinhan and fired off Red and Blue Comet Attacks before using their Purple Comet Attack. Tenshinhan defeated them and blasted them into Hell. Burter is also seen again in Hell causing trouble with Cell, Freeza, King Cold, and the other three Ginyu Force members before Goku and Paikuhan arrive and defeat them. Burter is also seen in Fusion Reborn as one of the many villains out of Hell and is seen running away from Son Gohan who just killed Freeza with one punch.
