Borsalino is one of the strongest people the Marine forces have at their command. He ate the Glint-Glint Fruit, thus making him a Light Man.
Borsalino s an antagonist from the One Piece series that was created by Eiichiro Oda. The series first began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump on August 4, 1997. He would later appear during the Sabaody Archipelago Arc that began in Volume 50.
He first appeared in One Piece Volume 52, CH. 504 "Pirate Frontline On The Move!!".
Kizaru dresses very formally wearing a bluish-green long sleeve button up shirt with a pink tie under his gold and yellow stripped suit with his traditional admiral jacket over his suit over his shoulders and his hand out of the sleeves. He also wears gold glasses with amber lenses, and a Black Den Den Mushi (Black transporter snail) on his left wrist much like a watch. He also wears a nice pair of white formal shoes with two gold stripes over the middle of both.As for his physical appearance, Kizaru is a very tall man (Taller than even Brook much like his fellow two admirals) and seems to be a middle aged man with a fair amount of wrinkles and always seems to be smiling or very relaxed. also as seen 22 years ago in the One Piece story line Kizaru looked almost the exact same with the exception of him no longer having his glasses and wore a marine cap (Like the one Akainu has currently)
Oda also based Kizaru's appearance after Japanese actor Kunie Tanaka.
Kizaru seems to be one of the most laid back people in the series, almost as laid back as Aoikiji or Shanks.
Kizaru ate the Giint-Glint Fruit (Pika-Pika no Mi), thus making him a Light Man.
Kizaru's look was based off Japanese actor Kunie Tanaka.
