Main villain of dragon ball movie 9
Bojack appeared during a martial arts tournament that was taking place on Earth, when Trunks and Gohan were fighting. He defeated all the Z Warriors who were there. Gohan was the only hope of defeating him, but he was knocked unconscious by Bojack and his henchmen. The spirit of Goku appeared (Goku punches Bojack).
Gohan wakes up before he is killed. Back in the fight, Gohan releases all his powers turning into Super Saiyan 2 and killing the soldiers. Bleeding, Bojack flies and attacks Gohan. Gohan uses a Super Kamehameha to kill Bojack. The attack of Bojack collides with the Super Kamehameha of Gohan. Both characters collide. Gohan destroys Bojack.
Superhuman Strength - One of Bojack’s most stressed abilities is his tremendous physical strength, the exact limits of which are unknown. Though his strength has been shown to be inferior to that of a Super Saiyan 2 Gohan. Throughout his time in 'Bojack Unbound,' Bojack has displayed enough strength knock out an Ascended Saiyan Trunks with one swift kick. His first form was able to devastate a Ultra Saiyan Vegeta who has many times been portrayed as a multi-planet buster. He also proved his immense strength by also defeating Kami-Piccolo and Full-Powered Super Saiyan Gohan (who was stated to be on par or even surpass Full-Powered Super Saiyan Goku) with ease. Bojack is also known to increase his physical capabilites by transforming into his Super-Powered form, which resembles The Incredible Hulk. So there are strong possibilities of Bojack being on par with Perfect Cell or Broly. Hence, Bojack is ultimately able to lift somewhere far in excess of 100 tons. He may even be able to destroy planets with his bare hands because Frieza was stated capable of this feat by Piccolo on Namek.
Superhuman Speed - Bojack is capable of moving and flying at incredible speeds. In the manga, Kid Goku was capable of moving at the speed of lightning, which is half the speed of light. Bojack clearly surpasses that incarnation of Goku so he should able to move at super sonic speeds, he might even surpass this but his speed limit has not been revealed.
Ki Manipulation - A trait shared by most characters in Dragon Ball, Bojack is capable of manipulating large amounts of Ki. He is capable of gathering enough ki to destroy multi-planets on a whim. As weaker characters like King Vegeta have shown this power. Bojack can employ this energy for such feats as; Super Sonic Flight, Teleportation, Energy Projection (waves, force-fields, bolts, balls ect,), increasing physical abilities like Strength and Durability. Super Perfect Cell was stated to be a Solar System Buster, it is very unlikely Bojack surpasses him in power so Bojack's Ki should limit at the Solar System Busting.
Superhuman Durability - Bojack's body tissue are much tougher and far more resistant to physical injury than those of human beings or Saiyans. He can withstand high caliber bullets, survive in space unaided, powerful energy blasts, falls from tremendous heights, and blows from powerful superhumans such as the Piccolo or Vegeta without sustaining injury.
Superhuman Agility - Bojack's natural balance, agility, and body coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete or Saiyans. As Raditz was capable of catching a bullet from point blank range.
When hard pressed in battle, Bojack possesses the ability to transform into his Super-Powered form. This increases all of his abilities to new extents. This form was shown to effortlessly defeat Gohan who was on par with Goku and the time. But this form sadly met its end at the hands of Super Saiyan 2 Gohan.
