• Yukio Okumura - He is Rin's twin brother who is a skilled exorcist and the teacher of Rin.
• Shiro Fujimoto - He is the adopted father of Rin and Yukio who died protecting Rin from Satan.
• Mephisto Pheles - He's the director of the True Cross Academy and one of Satan's son.
• Shiemi Moriyama - She's a young gardener and a new student at True Cross Academy.
• Shura Kirigakure - She is a top exorcist who is skilled with the sword. Due to her past with Shiro, she becomes Rin's mentor.
